Lake Worth can become the first Organic City

The City of Pasadena is building the nation's template to become a Green City: http://cityofpasadena.net/greencity/

It is a daunting, very ambitious program many towns may be averse to joining. Perhaps LW should adopt this program, or build a new, more doable template for other cities to follow.

We'd focus on becoming more organic in our actions. It would have wide-ranging results, but not as comprehensive as being an official Green City. Perhaps this kind of focus would actually be more effective.
